Bill Nye’s Climate Lab

Chabot Space and Science Center
Oakland, CA

The Chabot Space and Science Center teamed up with Bill Nye, the Science Guy, and Amaze Design to take on the topic of climate change. Through permanent and traveling exhibits, Chabot brings visitors on an adventure to discover the science and issues of climate change in an empowering, informative, and fun way.

With Bill Nye as their commander, visitors join a force of “climate scouts” who conduct experiments, meet scientists, consider new ideas, and express their opinions. The first scout mission is to collect an arsenal of climate change solutions embedded in both the exhibits on the floor and online. As their adventure draws to a close, visitors savor the successful completion of their first mission and real-world success stories, excited to continue working towards a sustainable future on Earth.
